To update your credit card or other billing info:
- Click the Account Settings button in the bottom-left corner of your Admin Dashboard:
- Once in, on the left-hand side select Billing:
Your billing information such as plan details, next billing date, and credit card intimation will be displayed on this page:
If you receive an error after updating your credit card this is more than likely your bank/credit card company flagging the transaction. Please reach out to them and once they clear it, you should be able to update your credit card info.
