How do I add a new member? Can I add one member at a time? Can I add multiple members at a time?

Follow this guide to add a new member to your site. You will need to have an offer for the product you're granting.

  • Click the People tab on your dashboard

  • Click the +Add People button at the top right. You will need to Grant an Offer during the import in order for these contacts to be added as Members. If you do not Grant an Offer they will only be added as Contacts. Complete the form then click Save. You will also have the option to add multiple members. Click the Multi Member option to populate the options for this feature. 

  

Note: New Members will receive their Welcome email and an optional offer grant email, shortly after the form is submitted. Existing members will receive the Offer Grant confirmation email instead of the Welcome Email. Learn how to customize your email templates here
