How do I change a member's start date?

Follow this guide to learn how to change the member's start date and keep your members in sync with your Drip schedule.

  • First, go to the People tab and locate the Member. Then click View to open the member details.
  • Next, click the Purchase tab then click on View on the offer in question:



You'll notice that the start date is blue:


Click that link and a window to edit the start date will pop up:



  • Finally, select a new start date and click Save.
