Refunding payments in Stripe is quick and easy!
- To refund a customer in Stripe, begin by logging into your Stripe account and selecting the customer
Tip: You can find the customer by searching for their email address in the Search bar.
- Once you have the customer record open, scroll down to "Payments". Choose the payment that you wish to refund and select "Refund."
- Choose whether the refund is to be Full or Partial, then complete the refund.
- The payment should now show as "Refunded" under "Payments."
Note: Refunded payments will not result in revoking the member's access to a product. Revoking access has to be done manually. Click here to learn how to revoke access.
