Why didn't my payment go through?

Are you trying to sign up for Kajabi, or are you an existing customer that got an email from Kajabi letting you know your payment didn't go through and you know the funds are there? Below are the most common issues and what you can do to quickly resolve the issue

If you're an existing user:

  • First, go to your billing dashboard and make sure the credit card we have on file is correct. Double check the card number, CVV and the expiration date. Also, here is our help article on how to get to your billing dashboard: How do I get to my billing dashboard?
  • Assuming the above is correct and there are indeed funds, please contact your bank/CC company and tell them to un-flag the transaction. Once they do, please let us know and we'll be happy to re-attempt for you.

If you're a new user looking to sign up for Kajabi:

  • First, please make sure the CC number, CVV and expiration date you inputted were correct.
  • Assuming the above is correct and there are indeed funds, please contact your bank/CC company and tell them to un-flag the transaction. Once they do, please re-attempt to sign up and you should be good to go.
